Email Experts staff have access to data on a “minimum permissions” basis, where each team member has access to the minimum amount of data to complete their job.

Email Experts works with clients within Australia and around the world, and our clients have customers around the world, and therefore data protection regulations abroad must be adhered to. Email Experts staff complete training on data protection including Australia’s Spam Act 2003, the European Union Law, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), The US CAN-SPAM Act 2003, and more.
